Why We Made This

We searched for walking guides that matched the magic of these places. We found route finders and generic tourism apps. Nothing that captured the stories, the history, the feeling of walking where pilgrims have walked for millennia.

"The goal isn't to get to the top. It's to understand what the mountain means."

So we built what we wanted to find. Guides that treat these landscapes with the depth they deserve. Local knowledge you won't find in any app.

Frequently Asked

What format are the guides?

Each guide comes as a downloadable PDF (works on any device), a GPX route file (for hiking apps), and a printable A5 route card (perfect for laminating and taking on the trail).

Do I need mobile signal on the walks?

No. Download the GPX file and offline maps before you set out. Signal is patchy in rural Mayo. We recommend Organic Maps (free) which works completely offline.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked. We want you to love these guides.

Will the guides be updated?

Yes. If routes change, new cafés open, or we learn something useful, we update the guides. Your purchase includes all future updates to that guide.

Are the GPX files accurate?

The routes are based on walked tracks and official trail data. Waypoints mark key decision points, viewpoints, and landmarks. Always carry a backup paper map for remote walks like Tóchar Phádraig.
